Quality Promise: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, email us at info@sandtrapstudio.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

No Mulligans on Size/Style: Because everything is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. (Pro tip: check our size guide before you order!)

Quick Fix: If there’s an issue, snap a photo of the problem and include it in your email — it helps us speed things up.

Fair Play: We stand by our products and want you happy. If something’s off, we’ll replace it or refund you. Simple as that.
